These Website Terms govern your access to and use of olddogs.ai, a website operated by Elbo Software LLC under the Old Dogs / New Tricks name. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website only—not a consulting agreement

The website describes our approach, experience, and consulting services for general informational purposes. Viewing the website, contacting us, or discussing a possible project does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship.

Any consulting engagement will be governed by a separately signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or similar written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Website Terms concerning the consulting engagement, the signed agreement controls.

You are responsible for the information you submit through the website. Please do not submit highly sensitive information, regulated data, credentials, trade secrets, or other information that requires confidential treatment through the contact form. We may use your submission to evaluate and respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim about the website, you agree to contact us at hello@olddogs.ai and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Any dispute concerning the website or these terms that is not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. This section does not govern disputes arising under a separately signed client agreement.

10. Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after the updated terms are posted means you accept them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Elbo Software LLC concerning use of the website, but not concerning consulting services governed by a separate signed agreement.
